Thank you for shopping with Simply Home Boutique! We are a small business located in Liberty Hill, Texas, and we truly appreciate every order placed with us.

Processing Time

  • Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days.
  • Orders placed on Mondays, weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
  • During sales, holidays, or special events, processing times may be slightly longer.

Shipping Rates & Delivery

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the total of your order.
  • Orders under $50 are shipped for only $6.
  • Orders over $50-$149.99 are shipped for $10.
  • Orders over $150 are shipped FREE.
  • We currently ship within the United States.
  • Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on carrier delays or weather conditions.

Free Shipping

If you spend less than $150 on one order, we may offer free shipping promotions throughout the year. Any current shipping promotions will be clearly noted on our website or marketing materials.

Local Pickup

We offer free in-store pickup at Simply Home Boutique in Liberty Hill, Texas.

  • You will receive an email notification when your order is ready for pickup.
  • Please wait for confirmation before coming to the store.

Lost or Delayed Packages

Simply Home Boutique is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once they have been accepted by the shipping carrier. If your package appears delayed or missing, please contact the shipping carrier first. We are always happy to help however we can.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. Simply Home Boutique is not responsible for packages shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.

Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 3 days of delivery at simplyhome.lh@gmail.com with photos of the damaged item and packaging so we can assist you.
